Modify existing plans

Modifying existing building plans are based at a rate of 100 dollars per hour, only if a complete drawing set is provided to us as a digital or physical copy. A single floor plan, screenshots, or photos do not constitute a complete drawing set.

If a complete drawing set is not provided, we will treat the project as a new project and charge a rate of $1.5 per square foot.
